My name is Steven Pham but I go by “Pham.” By trade, I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master’s degree in nutrition and I work as a full-time performance nutrition coach. Nowadays, anyone can claim to be a nutritionist even without any credentials, but the Dietitian, Dietitian Nutritionist, Registered Dietitian, and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist titles are all nationally certified and protected. Additionally, I am a competitive powerlifter in the 67.5/75kg open class with four USAPL national qualifying totals, a 491 dots score in WRPF, as well as a bronze medal at USPA Nationals in 2022. Early 2023, I competed at the USAPL Third Street Barbell Open where I won a gold medal in 75kg Open with a 637.5kg (1405lb) total and a 462.75 DOTS score during my first primetime session. More recently, I totaled 635kg (1400lb) at 67.5kg to end with a 491 dots score at the WRPF Fight or Quit Classic III in May. I currently reside in Las Vegas and train at Fight or Quit gym alongside owners Micah Marino and Steph Powell. Lastly, I am a USAPL state referee and am actively involved with both the USAPL and WRPF to grow the sport of powerlifting.

In 2019, I began my online coaching business and quickly became passionate about working with committed clients who have a foundation in strength training. I have the honor and privilege of working with some of the best strength athletes in powerlifting, including national and international champions across multiple federations (USAPL, Powerlifting America, IPF, WRPF). I’ve assisted in taking home multiple gold medals at the national and international stage. I am hoping that if we work together, I can help you secure training and/or competition personal records, all while improving your health, body composition and relationship with food!

My philosophy is simple: nutrition is a key component of recovery for strength athletes, and optimal recovery over time leads to enhanced athletic performance and body composition improvement. I coach my clients on flexible dieting principles backed with nutrition science to aid in recovery, body composition improvement and performance based on their individual goals while being mindful of their desired timelines.
